Aquiris Selects Mirror42 IT Performance Management Software

Mirror42 Solution Enables Aquiris to Automate Service Level Agreement Reporting.

Amsterdam, Netherlands – April 17 2008 – Aquiris, a managed service supplier of business service management solutions, has selected Mirror42 IT Performance Management software to provide dashboards for improving the service quality of their customers. Aquiris will offer these service quality dashboards to their customers, enabling them to directly monitor the status and trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to SLAs.

Aquiris helps businesses implement BSM and IT governance solutions as a phased project. Delivering a fully managed service to its customers, Aquiris monitors and manages customer infrastructure in an ASP model. Mirror42’s solution collects, analyzes, and correlates all data from multiple HP software solutions that Aquiris is using to deliver its managed service.

Using the dashboards available in Mirror42’s IT Performance Management software both Aquiris and their customers have full insights in the performance of the entire ICT-organization and can jointly determine actions necessary to improve overall performance.
